Only data provided voluntarily in the form (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) — to answer your enquiry and arrange a demo (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is kept until the correspondence ends, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and does not track visitors — which is why no cookie banner is displayed. Fonts are served by Google Fonts; the provider may receive technical connection data (IP address).
4. Data recipients
Form submissions are delivered solely to our e-mail inbox hosted on OVH servers (EU hosting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Just e-mail us at the address above.
6. The MaxProd Win application
The application at app.maxprod.pl is a closed system for customers — data processing in the application is governed by the deployment agreement with the customer.
